TCC’s Managing Director, Laura, has been with the company since 2012. She is passionate about creating strong, lasting relationships between clients and freelancers, allowing them to focus on creating great content. Laura is also a Coaching for Performance Accredited Coach, and is focused on creating a positive, ambitious and encouraging working culture, she loves leading our team! Laura loves music and is always trying to get the team listening to her monthly playlists…her taste is eclectic!
Fresh out university and after a brief period as a runner at the BBC, Eve originally joined the TCC family in early 2007 as Company PA, and fast became one of our top Account Managers. After a little time out to raise her young family, we were lucky enough to entice her back. Having been at the company since its early days, Eve has a great knowledge of how everything works, combined with her incredible organisational skills this made her the perfect Operations Manager. She is now Acting Managing Director, continuing to play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s direction and success.
Ryan has always had a passion for the media industry, studying TV and Studio Production at Southampton Solent University and joined the TCC team in May 2022. Ryan has a genuine interest in the work our freelancers create, making him a fantastic addition to the team. In his spare time, Ryan enjoys kicking back and watching football (Arsenal), watching cricket, hanging out with friends and binge watching the odd Netflix show. Ryan has also worked as a news producer for Glastonbury Festival 2017.
After graduating from the University of Chichester (History), Thomas began his career as a runner, going on to spend the next decade as a trusted figure in post-production, supporting a wide range of library and courier needs. Having joined TCC in April 2026, Thomas works as a Talent Coordinator, supporting daily operations and working closely with the Senior Talent Consultant. Outside of work, he loves to write, play cello, loves a good mystery, listening to music (especially Swedish pop) and might be addicted to The Traitors.
Magda joined TCC in August 2022 to shape and strengthen the company’s brand across all platforms. As Marketing Manager, she is working closely with the Managing Director to drive business growth and talent promotion. With over 10 years’ marketing experience, Magda brings a perspective shaped by previous roles as an Executive Producer, Marketing Executive, and Digital Marketing Specialist across the media, TV, and arts sectors. She is passionate about positioning TCC as a trusted partner for high-quality talent across the full cycle of media production.

Dan joined the TCC team in September 2016 as an Accounts Clerk where he has worked his way up to our Finance Manager. As he has grown with the company, he makes sure the accounts are organised, efficient and accurate. When he’s not processing invoices, Dan enjoys boxing, football and podcasting with friends.
